Butter Chicken or Pork

Re-create this rich, velvety, Indian restaurant favourite at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Chatty’s Butter sauce
  • 1 kg cubed chicken or pork
  • 2 tsp butter.
  • 1 ½ cups milk, coconut milk or water

Directions

Brown meat in hot pan with butter. Add butter sauce and liquid – simmer until meat is cooked through.
