Butter Chicken or Pork
Re-create this rich, velvety, Indian restaurant favourite at home.
- 1 jar Chatty’s Butter sauce
- 1 kg cubed chicken or pork
- 2 tsp butter.
- 1 ½ cups milk, coconut milk or water
Brown meat in hot pan with butter. Add butter sauce and liquid – simmer until meat is cooked through.
