Pineapple Curry Rice Mix

Ingredients

1 pkg Picnic Basket pineapple curry rice mix
2 ¼ cup water
2 tsp butter
½ tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir, then cover and simmer over medium low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes, until water is absorbed.

Saskatoon Berry & Apple Salsa

Ingredients

2 tbsp finely chopped giner root
1 tsp. grated lime rind and ¼ cup lime juice
2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 cups saskatoon berries dried or frozen
2 cups peeled & diced granny smith apples
½ cup diced purple onions
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely

Directions

Mix well & serve

Sprouted French and Crimson Lentils

1 cup BioLive Sprouted French and Crimson Lentil Blend
2 cups water
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp butter

Directions

Place water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add lentils. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 – 20 minutes until tender and water is absorbed. If the lentils are not tender enough, add water as needed.
