A Wheat Bag is also known as a therapy bag, as it can be used as either a hot or cold compress. Made with cotton flannel and stuffed with locally sourced Hard Red Spring Wheat, you can heat this compress in the microwave or put in freezer to use as a cold pack. Even handier- the cover on these bags is removeable to be easily cleaned.

Each wheat bag is made by local maker Terrilyn Nelson. Terrilyn was born and raised on farm near Camrose, Alberta. Previously she worked in industrial construction for over 10 years in various positions and that industry brought her to Saskatoon 8 years ago. Eventually she gave up industrial construction to work in the Agriculture industry, and loves it. Terrilyn also loves summer, Long Island iced teas, sewing, being with family and meeting new people.
