Founded in 2016, KARAT is a small chocolate company based out of Okanagan Valley. The company was founded by Saskatchewan pastry chef and chocolatier Julian Helman in 2016. Since its conception KARAT chocolate has worked hard to innovate and create new chocolate experiences and has been recognized as one of the top 15 chocolate shops in North America.
