  • 1/2 cup Notre Dame Butter, softened
  • 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp Petrofka Bridge Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon¬†
  • 4 cups icing sugar


Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Add the apple cider and cinnamon and gradually add the icing sugar one cup at a time.

Frost your cooled cupcakes or cake with this awesome frosting!
