baked bruschetta and cheese thin crust appetizer


  • 1 package Angela's Own Homestyle Originals Bruschetta Mix
  • 2 cups fresh Floating Gardens' Tomatoes (diced and drained)
  • 2 tsp Three Farmers' Camelina Oil
  • 1 large flour tortilla wrap
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 can sliced black olives


Mix bruschetta package, tomatoes, and oil together. Place tortilla wrap on pan and spread mixture on to it. Distribute olives and feta cheese. Bake in oven at 425F until cheese is melted and bottom of wrap is crispy.
