Ingredients
DirectionsWhisk eggs and oil, then add carrot and milk or juice, Add baking mix and stir until just combined. Pour batter into a 8 or 9 inch pan, round or square. Bake at 350ºF for about 20 minutes or until centre springs back when pressed. Cool and spread with cream cheese icing. Double the recipe for two cakes and layer with cream cheese filling for special occasions. |
