  • 1/4 cup Willow Creek Organics Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Greenboy Foods Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp Camelina Oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 10 large, fresh Madjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Place pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cacao and sea salt in the bowl of a small food processor. Pulse to combine until the pumpkin seeds are broken down and blended well into the mixture.

Break the dates into smaller pieces and add to the food processor. Pulse until combined. Add the Camelina oil, vanilla extract and orange extract to the food processor. Pulse until fully combined.

Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll pieces into balls and place on small tray or plate. Place in the fridge to chill.
