Gluten-free Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wild Man Ricing wild rice flour
  • 1 cup Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mix onto pre-heated grill medium heat (350ºF) and cook until brown on both sides, flipping once. The above mixture should make approx. 18 medium pancakes. You may also add your favourite fruit like saskatoons or raspberries!
