Mix flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix canola oil, honey (warmed slightly, to almost liquefied), vanilla and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9 inch baking dish and dollop with haskap topping. Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes until batter is golden and topping is bubbly. Serve warm with shipped cream or ice cream!
