Make the filling first and cool it thoroughly.
Filling: Thaw and drain 300g of Everyday Farms Frozen Tart Cherries. Add enough water to the juice to make 1/2 cup. Mix juice with 2 tbsp cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Microwave on high another 2 minutes, making sure it doesn't boil over or thicken too much at the edges. Add cherries and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Microwave on high another 2 minutes. The juice should be thick and clear. Cool.
Pie layer: Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Streusel layer: Mix bisquick, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Spoon on top of the pie. Bake for 30 minutes.
