Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place steak into a large ziploc bag. Pour the marinade into the bag with the steak. Zip it shut and let cool in the fridge for 24 hours.
When ready to barbeque, make sure temperature is around 500ºF. Sear steak on both sides for about 2-3 minutes then turn barbeque down to about 400ºF. Let steak cook for about 5 minutes per side or to whatever doneness you want.
Take steak off of grill and let it rest under foil for 10 minutes. When slicing the steak, make sure you cut against the grain in thin slices.
