- Mix sugar & cornstarch together, then add cold water & lemon juice.
- Stir until smooth.
- Put fresh berries in bottom shell.
- Pour mixture from Step 2 over the berries.
- Cover with top shell. Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° F.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes longer or until fruit is tender.
