  • 10 Elite Poultry eggs
  • 6 cups torn Night Oven bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp German style Gravelbourg Gourmet Mustard 
  • 2 cups grated Bothwell Cheese
  • 1 cup beluga lentils
  • 6 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup Three Farmer's Garlic Chile Camelina Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp J&B Sausage Blackened Saskatchewan Steak Seasoning


Mix all ingredients except green onions and Camelina oil in a large bowl.

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onions until softened. Add to the rest of the ingredients.

Grease a 12 cup muffin tin or line with muffin papers. Fill three quarters of the way and bake at 350F until puffy and golden, about 35 min.

*Add 1/2lb cooked sliced breakfast or farmer's sausage to mixture before cooking, if desired.
