Scallops with Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 454g scallops
  • 4 tbsp Three Farmers Camelina Oil
  • 2 tsp M&M minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup Garlic Guru Smoky Garbanzo Hummus
  • 2 tsp Gravelbourg French Mustard

Directions

Saute scallops, garlic and oil for 2 minutes. Mix hummus and mustard in seperate bowl and then add to the pan. Saute for another 3 minutes.
