Schneider's Italian Macaroni Casserole


  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Schneider's Parmesan and Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 oz can ham (diced)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp Schneider's Pizza Seasoning


Cook macaroni. Drain and set aside in a large bowl. 

In a saucepan heat cream cheese and Schneider's Parmesan and Garlic Seasoning. Add milk. Stir and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.

To cooked macaroni add ham, celery, green pepper, and Schneider's Pizza Seasoning. 

Add sauce to macaroni mixture. Place mixture in 1 1/12 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until browned lightly at 350 degrees F.
