Strawberry, Peach, Quinoa Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked Norquin quinoa
  • 4 or 5 large strawberries
  • 1 peach, quartered
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Directions

Blend all ingredients, adding more almond milk if necessary. Makes enough for two large smoothies. If there's any leftover, freeze into popsicles!
