The bread is as simple or as complicated as your choice of beer. A hearty bread with a crunchy crust and soft inside. Serve with butter, spreadable cheese or better yet, add shredded cheese to the dough before baking. So yummy!

Corn Bread Mix

Makes a crispy, crunchy, yet moist bread with a touch of sweetness. The perfect pairing for soup, chili and stews. Simple to prepare with only the addition of an egg, butter and water.

Makes one 8x8 pan or 12 muffin cups.

Quick Bread Mix (Makes one loaf.)

A hearty and delicious bread with a European touch. A true artisan style bread and the mix only requires the addition of butter and water. Soft inside and crusty outside pairs well with most any meal on its own. the consistency of this loaf is also perfect for dips, fondues or drizzling your favourite infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
