Masala is a blend of exotic and aromatic spices. Premala's Madras Masala adds a distinctive Indian flavour to your cuisine.
Directions for use: Saute chopped onions in oil or butter until golden. Add Premala's Madras Masala and fresh crushed ginger and garlic (optional) and stir. Add cut meat or vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes. Add water and simmer for 25 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve hot.
Ingredients: coriander, chili powder, cumin, fennel, tumeric, fenugreek, herbs and spices.
