Nothing tastes better than spring captured in a cup of fine fiddlehead fern tisane. It is a marvelous treat especially during our cold winter months but also enjoyed year-round. Prepare fiddlehead tisane with a few dried fiddleheads and eat the rehydrated fiddleheads with or after your cup of spring! Sweeten your fiddlehead tisane with Saskatchewan maple syrup or non-additive salt. So rich in vitamins and minerals, fiddlehead tisane is a cure for all ailments. You can use entire or crushed dried fiddleheads also as a seasoning for soups and stews.
