Theresa's authentic African black soap is made with 100% pure Natural ingredients loaded with antioxidants like vitamins A, E, and F found in plantain skin, Cocoa butter, Shea butter, and Coconut Oil. Our black soap is handmade from plant-based ingredients in Ghana-West Africa.The soap is processed from its natural state without the use of animal products, alcohol, and or parabens. The oils and butters in this soap nourishes your skin and conditions your hair- as African black soap can also be use as shampoo due to its natural antifungal and antibacterial properties. The soap effectively cleans your scalp and moisturizes the skin with the help of Shea butter, Cocoa butter, and the Coconut, making it soothing to relieve itchiness and dry skin. The butters and oil helps the body to retain moisture. This makes the soap an excellent alternative to chemically-based cleansers. If you are new to African black soap, you might feel your skin becoming a bit tight after cleansing. This is normal and should resolve within a week. The tightness is an indication of the soap drawing out impurities and excess oils from the skin. Once the pH levels of the skin balances, these feelings will stop.

Ingredients:

Ashes from burnt plantain skin and Cocoa pods,
Shea butter, Cocoa butter, and Coconut oil.

How to use:

Wet the bar soap or squeeze 2 - 3 drops into your palm or wash cloth to make lather. Rub your face with the lather for about 45 seconds and rinse. For deep cleanse, one can use a soft face cloth or a gentle exfoliating brush for your facial care routine. Follow with your favorite facial moisturizer of your skin type.
