All of our sauces are produced and perfected using a small-batch process in order to bring the freshest, healthiest highest quality sauce to your table without the use of additives, preservatives or thickening agents. Canto Hot Sauce aims to deliver maximum flavor with a through line of excellence connecting our products, aesthetic, and service.

Canto XXVI was founded in 2019 by artist and pepper enthusiast Cate Francis in a humble effort to supply her inner circle with fresh, flavorful sauces that she had yet to see on store shelves. But in short order rumors of her sauce sorcery escaped the laboratory resulting in a sudden and ever growing demand. Thus CANTO hot sauce was born.
