Saskatchewan golden chanterelles are considered superior to any other because of their firmness caused by semi-arid conditions. Ours are picked in the northern wilderness by local people. Morels are the first pioneer of the forest's rejuvenation after fire. Boreal Heartland's morels are picked in the northern Saskatchewan wilderness by local people and are an international delicacy.
