Developed over 70 years, the University of Saskatchewan’s Dwarf Sour Cherries (we like to call, Prairie Cherries™) have become a sensation on the prairies. They have incredible tart cherry flavour, dark coloured juice, and very high anti-oxidant levels. Our Prairie Cherry™ Topping has wonderful flavour with whole cherries, a third the sugar of syrup, and our ingredients are Certified Organic; what can be better than that? Pour it warm or chilled over ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes, yogurt – anything!
