Suya (Yaji) spice is a seasoning blend widely recognized as originating from Northern Nigeria. Suya meat is a crowd favourite usually grilled on open fire- spicy and delicious! Our Authentic suya spice is bright orange in colour, and is made with a Nigerian peanut snack (kuli-kuli) and a blend of spices to give your tastebuds that “kick”. Our suya spice ingredients are sourced from northern and western Nigeria and are of the highest quality. Try it and you won't be disappointed.
Our Authentic suya spice is also ideal for grilling chicken, fish, prawns, lobster tails and the like. It is an amazing spice!
